Delivery Time:

USA — 1-3 business days
EU - 2-4 weeks
Rest of the World - 4-8 weeks. All orders are processed in 2-3 business days after receiving them. You will get an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping: All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email you will receive after your order is dispatched. You can check its status via any tracking website. (for example: USPS tracking).

Lost /Delayed Orders:
We are not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the Postal Service. In case of a lost parcel please contact your local postal office and provide the tracking number you received. They might be able to locate or find out what happened with your parcel. We are also happy to help locate the parcel if we can, please contact us via email. Please be advised that usually, the investigation for a lost parcel might take.

Damaged Orders: We are always making sure to pack your orders as safely as possible but in case anything like this happens please contact us at hello@vteronikart.com. Please state your name and order number in the email and attach photos of the damaged goods.

Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us here: hello@vteronikart.com. We can replace your item without any additional cost.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit/ Debit Card payments through Stripe or PayPal.
