I accept returns — processing time for 30 days.
Also if the product you received is incorrect due to our fault I accept returns.

You can cancel your order only if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet. Please get in touch with me via email at hello@vteronikart.com as soon as possible if you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order. If you already received a confirmation of shipment email then you can’t cancel the order and won’t be able to get a refund.
